By day, I help our amazing sales team with daily tasks as well as help provide customers, both current and new, the best experience possible at Indiana Business Solutions. By night, I’m enjoying my wife and our 3 dogs as well as any golf course that will let me tee it up.
I have been in this industry since 1992 and with the Slopsema family since 1996. When I am not in the field you can find me spending time with my lovely daughters and grandbabies! If I am not with my family you can find me out on the golf course or catching up with my buddies.

I’ve been with IBS for just about a year now. I spend my days answering the phone and placing service calls. I enjoy my position as Admin and talking to customers and building a relationship. When I’m out of the office you can find me hanging out with my family and attending sporting events for my niece and nephews. Otherwise I’m catching up on my tv shows, cooking or playing video games.
I have been with Indiana Business Solutions for almost a year now and enjoy coming in everyday! I’m so happy to interact with customers everyday and see how I can help with any issues going on with their copier. I know almost everything there is about supplies! Daily you will see me order toner and other supplies for customers, as well as answering the phones for supply calls. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, knitting, watching movies and planning our next vacation!
I have been in the accounting business since 2010. My daily commitments are to spreadsheets, reports, and most importantly my wife Becca. I live in Indianapolis with my spouse and dog Maxwell. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends while pursuing nerdy hobbies such as video games and tabletop games like Dungeons & Dragons.
I have serviced many types of printers since 1994 and love doing it. I’m in a position now to share my passion and lead a team of highly qualified service technicians! I spend my spare time with my wife and adult children. We love to entertain and regularly volunteer in our community through our church. If there’s any time left…we go to the beach!
I’ve worked for Indiana Business Solutions for a little over a year. During a typical day you can find me prepping machines for customers, general warehouse upkeep and helping with deliveries from time to time. When I’m not at work I enjoy running, video games and Sports! (Go Packers!)
I’ve been with the company since 2014, and I am a break fix specialist. I enjoy wargaming, painting, V games, and D&D. Very amature with 3D modeling and printing, but I am enjoying the new hobby.
I’ve always been interested in technology, and how it works. Despite my first computer being the “family” computer, which was used for homework only. I enjoy going on adventures with my girlfriend, friends, and family. During the winter months, you will likely find me hibernating like a bear – except binging on video games & movies/tv series.
I am a retired Navy veteran and after the Navy retired me, I went on to receive my bachelors in electrical engineering. I’ve been working on copiers since 1987 and I joined the Indy Biz team in 2017. Outside of work I spend most of my time with my wife Anita and our 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren!
After working in education for 6 years, I decided I wanted a change of scenery, and joined the team in 2023. I’ve enjoyed the challenge and logic behind diagnosing and fixing issues with printers. Outside of work: I’m very involved with my church, and I love traveling, fishing, hiking, camping, gaming, and programming.
I joined the team at the end of 2023. I enjoy the problem solving, and troubleshooting aspects of the job. In my free time I enjoy watching sports, working out, video games, programming, and ethical hacking.
I love the challenge of learning new skills, and even though I’m still relatively new, everyday has been a fun and exciting adventure. When I’m not at work you can find me gambling and losing my family’s savings. Don’t tell my wife. Actually, you probably should. Also, look at me hard at work. Analyzing a part that I totally didn’t just pull up randomly. When I sleep, I dream about the VersaLink B400 sometimes. Also don’t tell my wife.
